摘 要:目的探讨在超声引导下肺肿物的切割活检必要时补充针吸活检的临床应用价值。方法在超声引导下对44例周围型肺部肿块进行切割活检或补充针吸活检,并将活检病理诊断结果与术后病理或临床治疗结果相比较。结果总病理诊断阳性率达95.5%,其诊断结果与术后病理和临床治疗结果相一致,全部患者未出现严重并发症。结论超声引导下对周围型肺部肿块自动活检术是一种诊断阳性率高,定位准确、创伤性小、并发症少的诊断技术,值得临床推广。Purpose Exploration on clinical application value of ultrasound guided incision biopsy of lung mass with supplementary needle biopsy;Method: 44 cases of peripheral pulmonary masses were performed of incision biopsy or supplementary needle biopsy and biopsy's pathological diagnostic findings were compared with the results of postoperation pahological clinical treatment.Result: General positive rate of pathological diagnosis reached 95.5% and its diagnostic results were identical with those of postoperation pahological clinical treatment with no occurance of serious complications any case.Conclusion: Ultrasound guided automatic biopsy of peripheral pulmonary masses was an available diagnostic technique with high positive rate of diagnosis,accurate position,mild injury and little complications and it was worth popularizing.
