摘　　要：目的调查县级基层医院护士的亚健康状态与其工作压力源。方法以问卷的形式对302名基层二甲医院的临床护士关于各自健康状态和工作压力进行调查。结果 50.70%的被调查者处于亚健康状态,护士的亚健康状态与其工作压力源存在显著的正相关性。护士担心工作出现差错事故是处于亚健康的护士所感受到的五项主要工作压力源中最主要的原因。结论县区级基层医院临床护士工作压力比较大,处于亚健康状态比较严重。Objective To study the influence factors of the sub - heath on the nurses, and explore the relationship between the sub - health status and job stressors among nurses. Methods 302 nurses in three Grade 11 hospitals were surveyed to investigate individual health status and job stress. Results The findings revealed that 50.70% participants were in the sub - health status. Meanwhile, there was a significant positive relationship between the sub - health status and job stressors among nurses. Among the five main job stressors which the sub - health nurses were suffering,worrying about the mistakes or accidents happened during their work was the most dominant reason. Conclusion In light of the significant findings, the relevant departments should pay attention on the sub -health problems around nurses,and take actions to release nurses＇ job stress and keep them in the profession.
