摘　　要：《新民主主义论》是毛泽东在领导中国人民进行新民主主义革命的进程中,把马列主义基本原理与中国革命实际和时代特征相结合而撰写的经典著作。它全面系统地回答了在中国这样一个落后的东方大国怎样开展新民主主义革命的一系列问题。《新民主主义论》从形成背景到主要内容再到价值意义均体现了马克思主义中国化、时代化和大众化的方法论自觉,对我们新世纪新阶段深化"什么是马克思主义,怎样对待马克思主义"具有重要的启示作用。New Democracy is a classic work written by Mao Ze-dong in the process of leading Chinese people in the new- democratic revolution, combining the fundamental principles of Marxism with the specific situation in the revolution and the stamp of the age. It answers comprehensively and systematically a series of questions about how to launch the new-democratic revolution in the big backward oriental country like China. New Democracy reflects the methodology self-awareness of the adaptation of Marxism to conditions in China, to the new stage and to popularization from the contexts ,the contents and to significance, which carries great illuminations to our further understanding of ＂what is Marxism and how to treat Marxism＂ in the new century and new stage.
