摘　　要：本文研究了任意域上辛么半群的轨道结构.利用线性代数的初等方法,确定了辛么半群在Borel子群的双边作用下的轨道结构,推广了Doty的关于任意域上辛么半群在其单位群的双边作用下的轨道结构的结果.In the article,we study the orbit structure of the symplectic monoids over any field.By using elementary methods in linear algebra,we explicitly describe the orbit structure of the symplectic monoids under the action of the Borel subgroup on both sides of it,and generalize the results of Doty about the orbit structure of the symplectic monoids under the action of its unit group on both sides of it over arbitrary fields.
