欠发达地区中小企业发展的难点与对策

摘　　要：以十堰市四个国家级贫困县的60家中小企业为样本,建立科学、全面的分析框架,对影响欠发达地区中小企业发展的因素进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,适当的金融支持和股权结构是中小企业实现又好又快发展的重要因素,企业的资产利润率与其贷款满足率呈现显著负相关关系,金融资源在企业间的配置缺乏效率,而企业的资产利润率与其资产负债率呈倒U型关系,与其股权集中度呈U型关系。Based on the 60 samples of small and medium enterprises of the four poverty-counties in Shiyan City,this paper establishes a scientific and comprehensive analytical framework,practically analyses the factors which influence the development of SME in underdeveloped areas.Empirical results show that appropriate financial support and ownership structure of SME is an important factor to help itself achieve an sound and rapid development;there exists a significant negative correlation between the business assets and loan satisfied rate of SEM;financial resources allocation among enterprises lacks of efficiency;enterprise＇s assets profit margin shows a pour U shaped relationship with it＇s asset liability ratio,rather than an U-type relationship with it＇s ownership concentration.
