摘 要:目的:观察Cox-2和Fas在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测骨肉瘤组织38例、骨软骨瘤组织20例中Cox-2、Fas的表达。结果:57.9%的骨肉瘤组织Cox-2表达阳性,显著高于骨软骨瘤组织的表达率(25.0%)(P<0.05)。21.1%的骨肉瘤组织Fas表达阳性,骨软骨瘤阳性率为45.0%(P<0.01)。骨软骨瘤组织的表达率为20.0%(P<0.01)。Cox-2表达上调和Fas表达下调与骨肉瘤的临床分期密切相关,Cox-2的表达与Fas的表达密切相关。结论:在骨肉瘤组织中Cox-2和Fas的表达异常,提示它们可能对骨肉瘤的发生、发展起重要作用。Objective:To research into the expression of Cox-2 and Fas in Osteosarcoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical assay (SP method) was used to detect the expressions of Cox-2 and Fas in 38 osteosarcoma tissues and 20 osteochondroma tissues.Results:The expression of Cox-2 was detected in a greater proportion of osteosarcoma (57.9%) than that of osteochondroma (25.0%) (P<0.05).The expression of Fas in osteosarcoma (21.1%) was significantly lower than that of osteochondroma (45.0%) (P<0.01).The expression of Cox-2 and Fas were strongly correlated with tumor stage,and poor differentiation.Cox-2 positive cases were strongly correlated with Fas expression.Conclusions:The abnormal expressions of Cox-2 and Fas in osteosarcoma suggested they may be responsible for the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.
