知识管理对企业核心能力影响的实证研究

摘　　要：知识管理的问题已经受到管理者和管理理论界的重视。在已有的知识管理理论和企业核心能力研究成果的基础上,从知识角度认识企业核心能力的内涵和知识本质,就企业知识管理对核心能力的影响进行了实证研究,以统计软件SPSS14.0进行资料分析,使用典型相关分析、回归分析等统计分析方法来分析各层面之间的关系,最后利用AMOS6.0统计软件进行线性结构模式分析,来验证本研究整体架构的适合度,从定量的角度对知识管理与核心能力之间的关系进行了探讨,最后提出管理建议。Knowledge administration problem is already regarded highly by director and the boundary managing theory.On the basis the main body of a book research results in already some knowledge administration theory and enterprise core ability＇s,from the knowledge angle knows enterprise core ability connotation and knowledge nature,the demonstration having been in progress to the impact of enterprise knowledge administration over core ability studies,carry out data analysis with SPSS14.0 counting a software,use a model to analyse every relation between tier of face during the past relevance the analysis method counting such as analysis,regression analysis,the pattern making use of AMOS6.0 to count a software carrying out linearity structure finally analyses,come to verify the appositeness degree studying the overall frame＇s originally,The relation between the ability has carried out investigation and discussion on the knowledge administration and core from quantitative angle,final put forward has managed suggestion.
