摘　　要：书信体叙事是莫言小说《蛙》所采取的一个重要策略。书信体的朴素性、私密性和自由性,有利于小说实现以计划生育事件为背景来表现人性和人的灵魂,同时又不对计生制度本身的功过是非予以简单评价的叙事目的。为更好地完成这一目的,《蛙》还对传统的书信体叙事进行了改造,创造了一种电子邮件式的内外嵌套型双书信结构和主人公和写信人相分离的叙述模式。这种改造所导致的戏剧化效果,一方面为小说的跨文体叙事做好了铺垫,另一方面也使得小说的感染力和小说人物应有的心理深度被大为削弱。Epistolary narration is an important narrative strategy adopted by the Mo Yan’s novel Frog The simplicity,privacy and freedom of epistolary is conducive to implement the novel’s narrative purposes that express the human nature and the human soul through family planning events but not evaluate simply the family planning policy itself.To better accomplish this purpose,the novel also modified the traditional epistolary narration.It created a narrative mode that double letters nested each other inside and outside as same as e-mail and that the hero was separated from the writer.The dramatic effect caused by this transformation prepared the way to the cross-style narration,but also weakened greatly the novel's infectant power and the character’s psychological depth.
