高校应对大学生就业焦虑策略分析

摘　　要：大学生毕业问题一直是困扰社会和家庭的一大问题,日益激烈的就业竞争和增长的就业压力使大学生表现出不同程度的就业焦虑,影响了学生的身心健康。文章阐述了就业焦虑的特点,并从社会、家庭和个人等方面分析了就业焦虑产生的主、客观方面的原因。针对目前高校的教学特点提出改革教学模式,为学生提供系统、有效的就业服务体系,为学生正确对待就业打下坚实基础。Undergraduate employment is always ＇a difficulty for society and family, and the increasingly tough competition and pressure bring about undergraduate anxiety and affect their health, took a toll on students. This paper expounds the characteristics of employment anxiety, and analyses the main factors leading to employment anxiety in society, family and individuals. Based on the characteristic of university teaching, this paper puts forward some teaching reform models for providing systemic and effective service system and laying a solid foundation for undergraduate employment.
