离子型与非离子型对比剂在静脉肾盂造影中的不良反应观察对比

摘　　要：目的探讨离子型与非离子型对比剂在静脉肾盂造影中的不良反应。方法 75例肾损伤患者被随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予离子型静脉肾盂造影,实验组给予非离子型静脉肾盂造影。结果实验组不良反应率为12.8%,对照组不良反应率为30.6%,两组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论非离子型对比剂是安全有效的,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To explore the complications observation of contrast medium of ionic type and nonionic dye used in intravenous pyelography（IVP）. Methods 75 cases of patients with renal injury were randomly divided into experimental group（n=39）and control group（n=36）.Control groups were IVP of ionic type,and experimental group were given IVP of nonionic dye.Results The complications rate in experimental group was12.8%,and in control group was 30.6%,The effect in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Contrast medium of nonionic dye is safe and effective,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
