摘  要:本文报道用高效液相色谱法检测β肾上腺素能激动剂(克伦特罗Clenbuterol)在猪肝脏和背最长肌中的残留量。在肥育猪日粮中添加3mg/kg克伦特罗,试验期30天,停药0、1、2、3、4天屠宰取肝脏和肌肉样。组织经匀浆浓缩提取,色谱条件为:CLCODS色谱柱;以20mmol/LKH2PO4+30μmol/LEDTA(pH3.9)乙腈=8218(V/V)为流动相;紫外检测波长为243nm。结果表明,克伦特罗最低检测限为2ng/g。停药当天(0天)肝脏和肌肉组织残留量分别为208.5ng/g和10.0ng/g。停药后残留量迅速下降,肌肉在停药后第2天即检测不出,而肝脏要到第4天才检测不出。Quantitative determination of clenbuterol in pig livers and muscles by the high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method. Clenbuterol was administered to finishing pigs in feed at 3mg/kg for thirty days. Then withdrawn at 0,1,2,3 and 4 days before slaughtering respectively. Liver and longissimus muscle samples were taken immediately after pigs were killed,and stored at 25℃. Clenbuterol was separated on a CLS ODS Column(150×6.0mm) with liquid phase consisted of 20mmol/L KH 2PO 4+3umol/LEDTA pH3.9 /acetonitrile 8218V/V and determinated at UV 243nm. This method permited the minimum detection limit of clenbuterol residues at levels of 2ng/g. Residues of clenbuterol were 208.5ng/g in the liver and 10ng/g in thd longissimus muscle respectively at o day withdrawal. It declined rapidly as the withdraw period extended. these was no clenbuterol detected in the muscles from the group with only one day withdrawal. however,in thd liver clenbuterol was still detectable until 4th day after its withdraw from the feed. It is concluded that 3 4days withdraw period is necessary for pig to clean up clenbuterol in its issue such as muscle & liver.
