摘　　要：本文回顾了固定移动融合产生的背景及意义,分析了国外进展,并重点探讨了固定移动融合的实施策略。In this paper, backgroud and significance of fixed mobile convergence are introduced. Development and advancement of foreign operators is analyzed. Deployment stragetegic of fixed mobile convergence is discussed.
