摘　　要：合理的内控机制是提高研究生培养质量的关键。本文以浙江工业大学机械工程学院研究生培养管理为例,探讨系统化的研究生培养内控机制。具体包括:建立内控机制的环境体系,改进环境管理方法,完善质量管理过程,提高研究生培养质量。Efficient internal control mechanism is the key method of improving graduate quality.Taking the college of mechanical engineering Zhejiang University of Technology as an example,this paper discusses the graduate internal control mechanism,which includes：constructing the environmental system of internal control mechanism,improving management methods,improving the management process,and raising the quality of postgraduate training.
