摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞病理学诊断乳腺Paget病的形态特征及其临床应用价值。方法:总结26例乳腺Paget病患者细胞病理学特征,并以术后常规组织学诊断作为对照进行对比分析。结果:26例患者细胞病理学检查直接诊断乳腺Paget病20例,诊断可疑乳腺Paget病的6例,术后经常规组织学证实均为乳腺Paget病,细胞病理学诊断完全准确率为76.8%。结论:细胞病理学诊断乳腺Paget病具有快速实用、准确可靠的特点,充分了解乳腺Paget病的细胞学特征,有利于提高该病的诊断率,具有较强的临床实用性及推广前景。Objective： To investigate the cytological characterization of Paget disease of the breast and its clinical application. Methods. 26 cases of Paget disease of the breast were retrospectively studied on cytological characterization and the result of routine pathological examination as control Results：Among them, 20 cases were definitely diagnosed by cytology. 6 cases were uncertain. The accuracity of cytology was 76. 8 %. Conclusion： With lots of advantages including rapidity, utility and reliablity, cytology can be used as the initial examination to identify the Paget disease of the breast and better understanding of the cytological characterization may help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Cytology has unique value and wide future developments in the diagnosis of Paget disease.
