对俄森林开采项目重大风险的可管理性分析

摘　　要：确定风险管理优先度是风险管理活动的重要内容,而风险可管理性的定量分析是确定风险管理优先度的重要依据。为了能将风险可管理性进行量化分析,构建了风险管理收益率模型,并运用该模型对滨海边疆森林开采项目的重大风险的可管理性进行了分析,确定了管理该项目重大风险的优先顺序:不可抗力风险、财务管理风险、经营管理风险、决策风险和通货膨胀风险。另外,法律与政策风险和市场风险可管理性较差,但是其影响较大,所以,也应重点关注。It is the main contents of risk management activity to determine the priority of risk management, while the quantitative analysis of risk management is an important measurement to determine the priority of risk management. In order to make the quantitative analysis on the manageability of risk, a model of return rate on risk management is designed. The model is also applied to analyze the risk manageability of Forest Development Project in Binhai and determine the priority sequence of major risks in this project： force majeure risk, financial management risk, operation and management risk, decision risk and inflation risk. In addition, law and policy risk is difficult to manage but they have a strong influence ; therefore, special attention should be paid.
