可塑纤维桩全瓷冠在上前牙美学修复中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨上前牙残冠残根或前突错位的理想修复方法。方法:用everStick高强度纤维桩加In-Ceram渗透氧化铝全瓷冠对59例(96颗)须行桩冠修复的上前牙进行美容修复,追踪观察1～4年。结果:除1例(单颗)侧切牙在修复第3年出现破裂,其余修复体修复效果良好,未见根折及崩瓷。结论:everStick高强度纤维桩及氧化铝全瓷冠是上前牙美学修复的理想方法。Objective To discuss ideal prosthetic method af maxillary labial teeth being residual root,trusion or protrusion.Methods 96 maxillary labial teeth needed aesthetics restoration of post-core and crown were restored with everStick fiber posts and In-Ceram alumina base all ceramic crown,and fallowed up 1 to 4 years.Results 95 crows were sealed and had good retentive power,without crown or root fracture,1 crow was fracture after 3 years.Conclusion The ideal prasthetis method of maxillary labial teeth is ever Stick fiber risin post-core and In-Ceram alumina bass all ceramic crown.Aesthetics restoration of maxillary labial teeth
