牙齿重度磨耗对最大最快张闭口运动的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究牙齿重度磨耗对最大最快张闭口运动的影响。方法:采用下颌运动轨迹描记仪,记录30例中老年重度牙齿磨耗患者的最大最快张闭口运动,并以8例正常患者的最大最快张闭口运动作为对照。结果:最快开闭口速度轨迹不规则、光滑;Ⅰ、II型磨耗最快张闭口速度显著高于对照组,III型磨耗最快张闭口速度显著低于对照组。结论:严重磨耗导致异常的最大最快张闭口运动。Objective To study the influence of severe tooth wear on the fast and wide opening-closing mandibular movement.Methods K6-Ⅰ mandibular kinesiography （MKG）was used to record the movements of mandibular incisal point in 30 patients with severe tooth wear,the MKG of the patients was compared with that of 8 healthy subjects.Results The fast and wide opening-closing trajectory of TW showed unregulation and unsmooth.The fast and wide opening-closing velocity of model Ⅰ,Ⅱ increased significantly,the fast and wide opening-closing velocity of model Ⅲ decreased significantly.Conclusion Severe tooth wear lead to abnormal the fast and wide opening-closing mandibular movement.
