舌侧隐形矫治技术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨将3D舌侧自锁托槽应用于正畸临床效果,总结临床应用经验。方法:采用Hiro间接粘结系统,使用Fore-tadent公司的3D舌侧自锁托槽进行矫治。结果:全部5名患者均完成正畸治疗,疗程12～26个月,达到磨牙关系中性,尖牙关系中性,牙齿排列整齐紧密,覆覆盖正常,牙弓中线居中,牙齿尖窝交错关系。结论:使用3D舌侧自锁矫治器,在遵循矫治原则和程序的前提下,根据个案差异进行差异化调整,从而达到良好的矫治效果。Objective To introduce 3D self-ligature lingual technique into clinical application.Methods Total of 5 adults （4females and 1 male） aged 20～30 with varied malocclusion were included.Chief complaint was composed of malaligned teeth or anterior teeth protrusion.After collection of dental model and cephalograms,treatment plans were made.Three first premolars were extracted in one patient and non-extraction in other 4 persons.3D self-ligature lingual appliance was selected and Hiro indirect bonding system was observed.Results All the five persons had lingual orthodontic treatment completed with duration ranging from 12 to 26 months.They all presented Class I molar and canine relationship.Normal overbite and overjet were established.Teeth were well aligned.Conclusion 3D self-ligature lingual technique is effective in correction of varied malocclusion.In accordance with basic philosophy and standard program of lingual orthodontics,specific adjustment is needed to make the individualized plan.
