地方性本科院校科研管理问题及对策——以人力资源管理为视角

摘　　要：地方性本科院校人力资源的高效开发和有效管理,对于科研创新和学校内涵建设,以及发挥人才培养、科学研究和服务社会三大功能,起着至关重要的作用。通过分析地方性本科院校科研管理现状及存在问题,从人力资源管理的角度提出了若干对策。The efficient development and effective management of human resources in local undergraduate colleges plays an important part in scientific research innovation and connotation building.Besides,it also play a vital role in training talents,doing scientific research and social services.The article shows us the current situation and existing problems of scientific research adminitration.What＇s more,the analysis of the reasons to the main existing problems will be listed from the perspective of human resource management.Several solutions on the way to strengthen the ability of scientific and technological human resource management in local undergraduate colleges will also be offered.
