摘　　要：本文提出一种彩色图像颜色量化算法，首先对主要的几类彩色图像颜色量化压缩方法进行了介绍，随着对彩色图像量化研究的深入，重点介绍矢量量化法，通过实验对比各种算法，证明矢量量化法能达到压缩比大、算法复杂度小，还原图像质量高的目的。This paper proposes a colored image Colour Quantizing algorithm. First, several kinds of main compressed methods to colored and quantized pictures are introduced. With the deepening of the quantizing studying to colored picture, the method of vector quantization is recommended. By comparing various algorithms with experiment, it is proved that the method of vector quantization can achieve such results as great compressing rate, less complicated algorithm and high quality of recovered pictures.
