摘  要:招生、教学、就业是人才培养过程中三个相互影响、相互制约的关键性环节,我校毕业生就业情况令人喜忧参半。影响毕业生就业质量的教学因素有:专业设置缺乏职业定向性;课程设置缺乏针对性;教学方法缺乏创新性;教师缺少"双师型"。要解决这些问题,必须从源头上提高人才培养质量,提高毕业生就业竞争力,调整优化专业结构;改革课程与教学模式;改革课程内容;改革教学方法;加强教师队伍建设;加强创业教育。Recruit students,teaching and employment is the key point of talent training that mutual effect and limit each other.The employment situation is bittersweet,the teaching factors which affect the employment of graduates including: major lack of directional property;curriculum lack of pertinence;teaching method lack of innovativeness;teachers' lack of double-quality.to solve these problems,from origin to improve the quality of talent training and employment,improving the competitiveness of graduates;reform the major structure,the curriculum and teaching mode,the course content,and the teaching method;reinforce the teacher rank and entrepreneurship education.
