摘　　要：根据某化学公司提供给收购方的有关产品生产技术、市场占有情况以及专利和专有技术资料,通过组织专家对该公司生产现场实地考察和资料核查,综合各种技术评估的优点,制定出双方可接受的评估方法,得出了双方认可的评估结果。对企业收购、转让活动中如何做好技术资产评估工作起到很好的借鉴作用。According to the products production technologies, market conditions and a patent and proprietary technology provided by a chemical company, experts were arranged to inspect the production field and verify the information. Based on the field survey, the analysis of data, and comprehensive advantages, the method for assessing accepted by the two sides was worked out. At the same time, the evaluation results were concluded by mutual consent. All these would surely play an important role in how to complete technology assets excellently during the enterprise purchase and transfer development.
