摘　　要：随着世界经济全球化进一步深入,我国正在成为"世界工厂"的同时企业劳工问题与企业社会责任也日益突出,并被国际社会所关注。在分析我国企业社会责任现状及存在问题的基础上找出产生企业社会责任问题的主要原因,并提出和谐社会企业社会责任管理对策,以使我国企业更好更快发展,实现企业与社会的共赢,实现社会与企业的和谐共生。With the further globalization of economy, China become the ＂world factory＂, while enterprise workers＇ issues and enterprises＇ social responsibility become more and more serious, which has led to international attention. On the basis of analysis the present situation of enterprise social responsibility and problems to find out the main reason, and propose a harmonious society management strategies, in order to make better and faster development of China＇s enterprises and achieve win-win in business and society, social harmony and the enterprise.
