摘　　要：实践教学在学校素质教育中扮演着极为重要的角色。然而当前学校在选拔、考核、教育培养等方面对实践教学重视不够,导致实践教学未能得到有效实施,普遍存在较为严重的虚化现象。要改变实践教学长期虚化的局面,必须对涉及实践教学的各个环节进行制度上的创新和重构,以弥补学校实践教学的制度性缺陷,提高实践教学在学校素质教育中的作用,为培养创新型人才创造条件。Practical teaching plays an important role in essential-qualities-oriented schooling. But it is not valued enough at present in selecting,assessing and educational cultivation sections,so that practical teaching has not been put into force effectively and is being weakened. The innovation and reconstruction of systems must be done in various education sections in order to change the weakening situation,correct the defects in practical education system and make more supportive condition for cultivation of creative talents.
