摘 要:以菠萝皮渣为原料,利用环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺进行环氧化和胺化改性,得到菠萝皮渣纤维的改性产物。将其应用到直接大红4B、还原黄G、活性深蓝B三种染料模拟废水的吸附试验。结果表明:在200mL染料浓度为100mg/L的废水中,在pH8.0条件下,用1.0g/L的改性菠萝皮渣吸附20min,废水脱色率依次达到97.2%,81.7%和89.2%;三种染料的最佳吸附pH范围依次是pH4~10、pH2~6、pH2~9;红外分析表征了菠萝皮渣改性前后的结构变化。Modified pineapple peel fiber was prepared through epoxidation and amination with epichlorohydrin and diethyl amine and its adsorption capabilities for three wastewater dyes (direct scarlet 4B, vat yellow G and reactive dark blue B) were studied. The results showed that the decolorization rate of the three wastewater dye solution (100mg/L) reached 97.2%, 81.7% and 89.2%, respectively, under the following conditions: modified pineapple peel content 1.0 g/L, pH 8 and adsorption time20min. The most suitable range of pH value for the absorption of the three kinds for dyes were 4~10, 2~6, and 2~9, respectively. FT-IR analysis demonstrated the changes of the pineapple peel fiber structures after modification.
