摘　　要：肿瘤免疫治疗的发展已经经历了半个多世纪，已经取得了可喜的进步。肿瘤免疫学治疗的方法种类繁多，主要包括肿瘤疫苗、免疫导向疗法、细胞过继免疫治疗、细胞因子治疗、基因疗法和综合治疗。特别是免疫治疗与其他治疗方法相结合的综合治疗方法的发展潜力特别大，目前很多相关实验也取得了很大的成果，可以预计综合治疗在今后的肿瘤免疫治疗中会占到很重要的位置。本文就肿瘤免疫治疗的方法、发展现状及展望等方面做一综述。The developing on tumor immunotherapy has been experienced in than half a century, and has been made a good progress. The method of tumor immunotherapy includes Cancer vaccines, immune-oriented therapy, adoptive cellular immunotherapy, cytokine therapy, gene therapy and combined therapy. The developing potential on the comprehensive treatment of immunotherapy combined with other treatments is particularly. Many experiments have made great achievements. Comprehensive treatment well be hade very important position on treating tumor immunotherapy. This article has made a review on the method, development status and prospects of tumor immunotherapy.
