新疆玛纳斯河流域荒漠区生态工程建设的民意调查

摘　　要：新疆玛纳斯河流域荒漠区生态工程的主要目标是保护和整治生态环境,为发展地方经济提供了环境保障,它产生的经济效益、生态效益越来越受到人们的关注。本文采用问卷调查的方法,对新疆玛纳斯河流域荒漠区生态工程建设进行民意调查。结果表明:(1)被调查者中88.89%的人认为驼铃梦坡工程是值得修建,94.97%以上的被调查者愿意参加生态工程建设;(2)被调查者中91.06%的人对生态工程有出力或出钱的意愿;(3)被调查者认为在生态环境的建设中,应该体现一定的经济效益,如种植文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolia)、大芸(Cistanche deserticola)、经济林等。The aim of the ecological engineering construction in desert region of the Manas river basin is to protect and renovate ecological environment, and provide the environment foundation for developing regional economic.The public is more and more pay attention to the economical benefit and ecological benefit produced by the ecological engineering.We adopt public opinion poll for it.The results indicate：（1） The 88.89% of respondents consider that the Tuolingmengpo project is worth to build, more than 94.97% of respondents are willing to join in the construct of ecological engineering;（2） The 91.06% of respondents have desire of contribute labor force or money to the ecological engineering;（3） Most of respondents think that economical benefit should be embodied in the ecological environment construction, such as plant Xanthoceras sorbifolia, Xanthoceras sorbifolia and economical woods.
