摘 要:目的促进实习护生职业防护行为。方法运用PDCA管理理论模式对128名临床实习护生进行了促进职业防护行为的研究,分别于实践前、后期用调查表问卷方式、现场执行情况对护生职业防护认知和行为结果进行评分,针对职业防护知识缺乏和防护行为薄弱环节及心理健康问题,给予理论和行为培训,加强职业安全教育。结果比较护生实践前后职业防护认知、职业防护行为现场执行情况和职业暴露发生率,实践后护生职业防护认知总分由实践前(52.46±12.13)分提高到(69.41±15.02)分,实践前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);职业防护行为现场执行平均合格率由实践前56.74%提高到实践后80.43%,优秀率明显提高,职业暴露发生率明显降低。结论运用职业安全管理理论模式可提高护生职业安全行为,降低职业暴露发生率。OBJECTIVE To promote the behavior of probationer nurse in occupational protection.METHODS The PDCA management model for occupational protection was performed among 128 probationer nurses.The scores of questionatire and field practice were made in pre-and post-training.RESULTS The scores of knowledge about occupational protection in pre-and post-training were(52.46±12.13) and(69.41±15.02),respectively(P〈0.01).The qualified rate of practice raiced from 56.7% to 80.5%.The rate of excellent occupational protection was improved and the incidence of occupational exposure was lowered after training.CONCLUSIONS Improving occupational protection and decreasing occupational exposure can be reached with using PDCA management.
