摘　　要：引文索引既可以作为一种检索工具,同时又具备一定的信息精选和学术评价功能,这两个方面的功能决定引文索引在科学研究工作中所发挥的重要作用。将主题图技术应用于引文索引数据库的构建中,选取《中文社会科学引文索引》(CSSCI)中的部分数据为实验对象,通过主题图软件工具OKS Samplers的使用,完成引文索引主题图的构建,并实现其可视化,总结引文索引主题图的优点,对主题图应用于引文索引数据库提出建议。The citation index has two functions, information retrieval, selection of information and academic evaluation. These two functions determine the important role of citation index played in scientific research. This paper adopts the topic maps to construct the citation index database and selects partial data of Chinese Social Science Citation Index （CSSCI） as an example. Through the use of OKS Samplers, this paper constructs the citation index topic maps and implements its visualization. Finally, the authors sum up the advantazes of citation index tooic maps and proposes the suggestions for the application of tooic maps to citation index database.
