摘　　要：对技术创新风险评价是技术创新风险管理最重要的环节之一。设计全面并能反映信息服务企业特色的技术创新风险评价指标体系是获得准确的技术创新风险评价结果的前提。在现有研究的基础之上,首先设计一套技术创新风险评价量表,然后通过实证的研究方法进行修正,最后得出较为适合目前我国信息服务企业技术创新风险的评价体系。Risk evaluation for technological innovation is one of the most important parts of risk management in technological innovation. This system is comprehensive and reflects characteristics of information service enterprises which is the base to obtain accurate risk evaluation results of technological innovation. Based on the current research, a risk evaluation list of technological innovation is designed firstly, and then is revised by empirical study method. A evaluation system fitted for evaluating the technological innovation risk of Chinese information service enterprise is put forward at last.
