摘　　要：在竞技性艺术体操发展史上,2009年艺术体操国际新规则首次颁布了限制身体难度极度发展的分值体系,这是一次前所未有并有着深远意义的全新变革。在较大幅度降低和取消部分身体难度动作分值的同时又大幅提高了艺术价值分值的比例,使艺术体操特有的艺术美能紧随时代的步伐更具创造性地活跃在优雅奔放的竞技舞台上。2009年新规则的变革必将导致人们对艺术体操新阶段的发展,尤其是审美理念及艺术价值标准的重新审视与定位,同时,也必将影响并改变艺术体操实践的全过程。伴随2009年新规则的变革导向,竞技艺术体操将从此进入竞技难度与艺术美完美结合的、崭新的快速发展时代。In the history of competitive rhythmic gymnastics,the value system limiting the extreme development of physical difficulty is promulgated for the first time in the 09 international new rules,which is an unprecedented and far-reaching change.In the new rules,the value of some difficult movements is reduced or canceled while the ratio of artistic value is increased on a large scale,which enables the unique artistic charm of rhythmic gymnastics to keep up with the times and demonstrate itself more creatively on the elegant and unrestrained competitive arena.The change in the 09 new rules will surely motivate people to reexamine the aesthetic concept of rhythmic gymnastics and redefine the artistic value of the concerning standards,which will influence and change the overall process of rhythmic gymnastics practice.Competitive rhythmic gymnastics,with the introduction of the 09 new rules,will enter a completely new period characterized by change and rapid development.
