淫羊藿影响骨折愈合的骨组织学及骨组织形态计量学研究

摘　　要：以中医“肾主骨”理论为指导，通过组织形态学观察，运用骨计量学技术，对淫羊藿促进骨折愈合的作用进行了实验研究。结果表明，淫羊藿早期能促进骨折处血肿机化吸收、软骨钙化、骨痂生长及外骨痂桥接；后期能促进骨痂改建，使板层骨提早出现和髓腔再通。骨计量参数显示该药能促进骨痂生长，提高成骨细胞的活性和数量，促进骨基质钙化，提高破骨细胞活性和数量，加速骨痂的改建。Guided on the TCM theory “The kidney governs the bone”, the influence of Herba Epimedii (HE) on fracture healing was studied by histomorphological observation and bone measuring technique. The results showed that HE could stimulate hematoma organization and absorption, cartilageous calcification, callus growth and external callus bridge at early stage; and callus reconstruction, early appearance of lamellar bone and marrow cavity unblockage at late stage. The bone measuring data indicated that HE is able to promote callus growth, improve the activity and quantity of osteoblast and osteoclast for accelerating bone matrix calcification and speeding up callus reconstruction, suggesting that the medicine functions to stimulate fracture healing.
