摘　　要：浙江农村的福利总体还是一种制度补缺型福利,随着浙江经济发展,部分农村地区向普惠型福利发展,供、养、助福利体系基本形成,在社会救助养老保障、医疗保障、福利服务等方面,政策引导、开展广泛,结合实际、动态调整,基本形成政府、社区、农民共同参与,推动浙江农村社会福利事业发展的局面。In general,Zhejiang rural welfare system is still a filled-type benefit.With the economic development of Zhejiang Province,some rural areas turn to the Pratt Whitney-type benefit and a basic system with supply,support,and help is formed gradually.Moreover,on social assistance pensions,health care and welfare services,series of activities including policy guidance,combined with the practical and dynamic adjustment are utilized.A situation of government,communities and farmers participation is formed in order to promote social welfare development in Zhejiang Province.
