摘　　要：目的探讨CT和MRI对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析经CT和MRI诊断的17例颅内脂肪瘤的影像表现。结果颅内脂肪瘤CT表现为脂肪密度影,CT值约为-20～-120HU,平均为-56.3HU,MRI表现为T1WI和T2WI图像上均呈高信号,与皮下脂肪类似。脂肪瘤主要分布在中线及附近,其中11例位于胼胝体区;6例合并有其他颅脑发育异常,其中4例为胼胝体发育异常。结论颅内脂肪瘤好发于中线及附近,CT和MRI表现典型,多可正确诊断。Objective To investigate the diognostic value of CT and MRI in intracranial lipomas,and making a further understanding of this disease.Methods The CT and MRI manifestations of 17 intracranial lipomas were reviewed retrospectively.Results CT findings were the fatty density lesions.The CT value was-20 ～-120 HU,and the mean was-56.3 HU.MRI findings were high signal on T1WI and T2WI.Their signal was isointensity with subcutaneous fat.The intracranial lipomas were distributed in the midline and paramidline region,11 cases in the callosal area.6 cases were associated with other cranial anomalies,4 cases with callosal anomalies.Conclusion The intracranial lipomas were distributed in the midline and paramidline region.The lesions had characteristic appearance on CT and MRI,and could make a correct dinagnosis.
