那素达滴眼液在LASIK术中应用的临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）前应用那素达滴眼液及不同点眼次数对结膜下出血的影响。方法研究分为临床对照研究和自身对照研究。临床对照研究：观察组在术前15min滴那素达滴眼液1次，对照组在术前15min开始滴那素达滴眼液，间隔5min滴眼1次，共3次。自身对照研究：在术前15min给同一患者左眼滴那素达滴眼液1次，右眼滴那素达滴眼液，间隔5min滴眼1次，共3次，下1例右眼滴1次，左眼滴3次，依次类推准备术眼。两组均按常规进行LASIK术前准备及手术。结果临床对照组和自身对照组中，观察组与对照组术后3个月裸眼视力比较差异无统计学意义。临床对照组中，观察组有4眼发生结膜下出血，占3．67％；对照组有5眼发生结膜下出血，占4．59％，两组比较差异均无统计学意义。自身对照组中，观察组有3眼发生结膜下出血，占3．12％：对照组有4眼发生结膜下出血，占4．16％，两组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论在LASIK术前点用那素达滴眼液，能有效地降低LASIK术后结膜下出血的发病率，并且点眼1次或3次对结膜下出血的发病率无影响。Objective Comparative observation of application naphcon eye drops before LASIK to decrease subconjunctival hemorrhage and different points over the number of pairs of eyes. Methods The study consists of clinical control study and self-control study. Controlled clinical study：the observation group 15 min before surgery up to eye drops one drop of that prime time, the control group 15 min before surgery began to drop it up to eye drops prime interval of 5 min drops a second, for 3 times. Self-control study ： In patients with preoperative 15 rain to the same elements over the left eye drops that eye drops a second,then prime over the right eye drops eye drops, eye drops 1 time 5 min intervals for three times, under the right eye drops 1 cases times, his left eye drops three times, and so ready to eye surgery. The two groups carried out as a routine preoperative preparation and surgical LASIK. Results In clinical control group and self-control group, the observation group and control group after post-operation three months later, uncorrected visual acuity difference was not statistically significant. In clinical control group,4 cases of subconjunctival hemorrhage occurred in the observation group, accounting for 3.67% ; 5 cases of subconjunctival hemorrhage occurred in control group, accounting for 4. 59%, and the differences of the two groups had no statistical significance. In self-control group ,3 cases of subconjuncrival hemorrhage occurred in the observation group, accounting for 3.12% ; 4 cases of subconjunctival hemorrhage occurred in control group, accounting for 4. 16%, and the difference had also no statistical significance. Conclusion Using naphcon eye drops before LASIK,it can effectively reduce the incidence of subconjunctival hemorrhage, and eye-1 or 3 times to the incidence of subconjunetival hemorrhage has no effcct.
