鬼箭羽的降糖有效部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用硅胶、大孔树脂及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法对鬼箭羽90%乙醇提取物进行分离,从鬼箭羽降糖有效部位得到6个化合物,分别为香橙素(aromadendrin),表木栓醇(epifriedelanol),原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol),槲皮素(quercetin)和芦丁(rutin)。其中rutin为首次从本植物中分离得到。Six compounds were isolated from the 90 percent ethanol extracts of Euonymus alarus（Thunb.） Sieb by silica gel,macroporous resin and sephadex LH-20.They were identified as：aromadendrin（1） ,epifriedelanol（2） ,protocatechuic acid（3） ,β-sitosterol（4） ,quercetin（5） and rutin（6） .And rutin was firstly isolated from this plant.
