半球后注射透明质酸酶诱发玻璃体后脱离的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究半球后注射透明质酸酶诱发玻璃体后脱离,评价透明质酸酶临床实用价值及其安全性。方法对63例(70眼)玻璃体混浊患者采用透明质酸酶半球后注射,观察治疗后视力、裂隙灯显微镜、直接检眼镜、眼压、眼部彩色B超、闪光视网膜电流图的变化。结果治疗后28眼(40%)发生完全性玻璃体后脱离,42眼(60%)发生部分性玻璃体后脱离,治疗后患者视力、视网膜电流图及眼压的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),眼内结构无明显变化。结论透明质酸酶可以做半球后注射诱发玻璃体后脱离,并且对眼内结构、眼压及视网膜没有任何毒副作用。【Objective】To observe whether hyaluronidase can induce posterior vitreous detachment （PVD） and to study its clinical value and safety. 【Methods】70 eyes of 63 patients with vitreous opacity were observed of the visual acuitym slitlamp biomicroscopy, direct ophthalmoscope, intraocular pressure, B ultrasonic electroretinogram after injecting hyaluronidase into hemisphere. 【Results】After treatment, 28 （40%） eyes got complete PVD, 42 （60%） eyes got partial PVD, the change of visual acuity, electroretinogram and the intraocular pressure had no significantly difference,structure of the eye had no change. 【Conclusion】Hyaluronidase can induce PVD and is no harmful to structure of the eye, intraocular pressure and retina.
