摘 要:对5种组合净水工艺的出水及原水进行Ames试验,结果显示,生物陶粒能部分去除水中直接致突变有机物,降低原水的MR比值,TA98菌株MR比值在剂量为1L/皿水样及0.5L/皿水样时,分别比原水减少了40.2%及41.9%.具有生物陶粒及活性炭吸附单元的B、C、E流程,对去除水中直接致突变物最为有效,使TA98及TA100菌株在各试验剂量下的MR比值均小于2.采用膜过滤法测定B流程各单元出水的有机物相对分子质量分布情况,结果显示这组工艺能较好地互相补充,对相对分子质量不同的有机物,该流程总的去除率超过77%.The source water and effluents of five kinds of water purification process were studied by Ames tests,the results show that bioceramic can remove direct mutagens partly,and decline the MR value of the raw water.As the doses were 1L/plate water and 0 5L/plate water,the MR value of TA98 decreased 40 2% and 41 9% from the raw water,respectly.B,C,E processes including units of bioceramic and activated carbon were the most effective to remove direct mutagens from water,the MR values of TA98 and TA100 were below 2 under the tested doses.The molecular weight distribution of organic compounds through various unit of water purification in processes B was detected by membrane filtration,the result shows that the units of process B can supplement each other to remove organic compounds,the total rate of removing organic compounds of different molecular weight was over 77%.
