摘 要:目的 观察网膜乳斑在腹膜微转移中的作用.方法 将30只小鼠分成3组,向小鼠腹腔内打入1×106经Dil荧光标记的BS186MFC胃癌细胞,3组小鼠分别于24、48、72 h被杀死取其大网膜,免疫荧光标记大网膜乳斑中的巨噬细胞,在免疫荧光显微镜下观察乳斑区胃癌细胞的变化.结果 乳斑与非乳斑区在24、48、72 h不同时间点标记胃癌细胞比率分别为484:1、136:1、10:1.各时间点胃癌细胞在乳斑区的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).标记细胞数在乳斑与非乳斑区之间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 网膜乳斑对胃癌细胞的腹膜微转移有抑制和杀伤作用.Objective To study the role that milky spots of the omentum play in the peritoneal mi-crometastasis. Methods Thirty mice were divided into three groups and received 1 x 106 BS186MFC gastric tumor cells by Dil fluorescence labeled inoculation in the peritoneal cavity. The animals were sacrificed 24, 48 and 72 h after inoculation. The great omentum was obtained, and macrophages in the milky spots of the omentum were labeled by immunofluorescence. The changes of the gastric tumor cells in the milky spots were observed under the immunofluorescence microscopy. Results The mark ratio of gastric cancer cells in milky spots and non-district at 24th, 48th, 72nd h was 484:1,136:1 10: 1 respectively. There was significant difference in the number of labeled cancer cells at different time points among milky spots ( P 〈 0. 05). There was significant difference in the number of labeled cells between the milky spots and non-district areas (P〈0.01). Conclusion The milky spots of the great omentum can inhibit and kill the gastric tumor cells in the peritoneal micrometastasis.
