摘  要:目的:优化核桃隔膜中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以芦丁为标准品计算总黄酮含量,以核桃隔膜中总黄酮的提取率为评价指标,采用单因素和响应面法来优化不同因素对核桃隔膜总黄酮提取工艺的影响。结果:由响应面法优化得最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度57%,提取时间30min,料液比1∶25。将此最佳工艺条件放大5倍,重复试验3次,得平均总黄酮提取率为7.239%。结论:超声波辅助提取核桃隔膜总黄酮时间短、效果好,可为工业生产提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from dissepiment of Juglans regia. METHODS:The content of total flavonoids was calculated with rutin as standard substance. The influence of different factors on the extraction technology was investigated by single factor experiment and response surface method (RSM) with extraction rate of total flavonoids as index. RESULTS:The optimal condition obtained from RSM was as follow:concentration of ethanol 57%, extraction time 30 min, ratio of raw material to fluid 1 ∶ 25. Used above best technologcial conditions amplified 5 times, repeated test 3 times, average extraction rate of total flavonoids 7.239%. CONCLUSION:The ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from dissepiment of J. regia has short extraction time and sound effect, and it provides theoretic basis for the production of total flavonoids from dissepiment of J. regia.
