摘　　要：目的探讨婚姻支持对酒依赖患者康复的影响。方法采用O lson婚姻质量问卷,世界卫生组织生活质量量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表对90例已婚酒依赖患者进行评定,并调查其复饮率。根据O lson分为界限,O lson≥(334.68±22.36)分42例为高婚姻质量组,O lson<(334.68±22.36)分48例为低婚姻质量组。结果低婚姻质量组患者生活质量评分低于高婚姻质量组(P<0.01),抑郁和焦虑评分高于高婚姻质量组(P<0.01);出院1年后,低婚姻质量组患者复饮率高于高婚姻质量组(P<0.05)。结论婚姻支持对提高酒依赖患者的生活质量,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少复饮率有明显效果。Objective To explore the impact of marital supports on the rehabilitation of patients with alcohol dependence. Methods Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire,the World Health Organization Quality of Life （WHO- QOL） Scale, Hamihon Depression Rating Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale were used to investigated 90 patients with alcohol dependence, and the relapse rate of drinking was collected also. According to the average score of Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire,the patients were divided into two groups,the high marital quality group （42 eases） and the low marital quality group （48 cases）. Results The score of WHO -QOL of the low marital quality group was lower, and the scores of depression and anxiety were higher than those of the high marital quality group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After one year,the relapse rate of drinking was higher than those of the high marital quality group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The marital support may improve the WHO - QOL of patients with alcohol dependence,reduce depression and anxiety,and reduce the relapse rate significantly.
