摘 要:混合动力客车的传动结构、动力系统参数匹配、能量管理和换挡策略是影响混合动力客车经济性的重要因素。同时,具有不同特点的城市循环工况等也会直接影响整车经济性能的评价。本文开发了上海城市道路循环工况,以申沃SWB6116HEV型客车为平台,利用Cruise软件建立混合动力客车整个模型,针对上海市和曼哈顿道路循环工况进行模拟仿真分析,并通过城市循环工况的道路实车实验进行了对比和验证。仿真和试验结果表明,混合动力客车的经济性得到有效的改善。The power-train configuration, energy management strategy, gear shifting strategy, parameter matching of hybrid electric bus powertrain System play an important role in the energy-efficient potential. At the same time, urban diving cycles with different characteristics also influence the evaluation of fuel e- conomy. In this paper, Shanghai driving cycle is developed. Based on the SWB6116 baseline bus from Sunwin, the simulation model of hybrid city bus has been established in Cruise software and simulated over Shanghai and Manhattan driving cycle. Through comparison between real road test data and simulation data, the power train performance gained validation. Experimental and simulation results verify that the fuel economy for the hybrid electric bus is improved effectively.
