螺旋CT双期扫描对肝癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析150例肝癌在螺旋CT双期扫描中的表现,探讨螺旋CT在该病诊断中的价值和限度。方法:150例均作平扫和增强双期动态扫描、静脉团注造影剂后10～25秒行肝动脉期增强扫描,30～40秒行门静脉期增强扫描,以显示肝癌的供血特征。探讨其肝癌的诊断价值。结果:150例平扫仅发现部分肝实质低密度,CT值29～34HU,部分病例脾脏>5个肋单元。动脉期病灶强化形态有均匀高密度和不均匀高密度、不规则强化。门静脉期病灶强化表现为均匀低密度、等密度、略高密度和不均匀高密度。结论:螺旋CT动脉期增强扫描可提高肝癌的检出,双期增强扫描能充分反映肝癌的血供特点,有助于肝癌的诊断及与其他疾病的鉴别。Objective:to analyze the 150 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in spiral CT scan showed the double period,spiral CT in the diagnosis of disease and limit value.Materials:and methods of 150 patients were flat Saul and strengthen pair of dynamic scanning,vein period after the contrast group note 10～25 seconds hepatic arterial enhancement,30～40 seconds line scan period,portal vein blood cancer that feature.Explore the diagnosis of liver.Results:only 150 patients with flat and that part of the liver parenchyma low density,CT,part 34HU 29-values greater than 5 cases of spleen rib unit.Arterial lesions are uniform and strengthen form high density,irregular uneven.Portal period for uniform lesions aggrandizement low density,high density,high density and uneven.Conclusion:spiral CT scan can improve the arterial enhancement of hepatocellular carcinoma,double period a scan reflects the characteristics of the blood supply of liver cancer diagnosis,and other diseases.
