摘　　要：目的了解老年人眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学变化，为脑血管性疾病和糖尿病的诊断提供有价值的数据。方法采用美国Ａｃｕｓｏｎ－１２８型电脑影像仪测量２０９例老年人眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的收缩期、舒张末期血流速度、阻力指数和搏动指数。结果正常老年人血流动力改变与患脑血管病和糖尿病的老年人相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Objective To learn blood flow changes of the ophthalmic and central retinal artery of the aged. Methods It was measured that the blood flow of them with Acuson 128 computer imaging. Spectrum in 209 old people with velocity of systole and diasole phase, resistance and pulsate index. Results In the aged the changes of blood flow dynamics were significantly different between the normal and hypertensives, cerebral infaretion patients and diabetes (P<0.01). Conclusions In calculating the occurrence and development of the disease and evaluating the effect of therapy, it is very significant to determine the blood flow of the normal old people and cerebral vessel disease and diabetic.
