摘　　要：目的:将IHE技术框架应用于产科信息系统的整合和扩展设计,实现信息系统的标准化。方法:主要从信息表达、信息流程和信息交换三方面的标准化出发,在IHE技术框架的指导下,将来自不同厂商的信息子系统连接成一个完整的信息链。结果:以产科门诊信息系统为中心,将B超室的PACS和化验室的LIS中的产科信息部分与其对接,实现医院的无纸、无胶片信息管理。结论:为整个医院信息系统的集成标准化建设提供了参考。Objective To apply IHE technical framework to the integration and expansion of obstetrical information system for its standardization.Methods Under IHE framework,the formation sub-systems coming from different manufactures were integrated into a complete information chain based on the standardization of information expression,information flow and information exchange.Results The paperless,filmless information management of the hospital,with the obstetrical information system as the center and the obstetrical information from the PACS and LIS integrated,was realized.Conclusion Based on the ideas and practice for the whole,it can provide the reference to the integration standardization of HIS.
