摘 要:目的:将GE"SENTAB"技术用于处理并创建均匀性校正的灵敏度图,通过对此技术的分析和实践,评价其对维护系统均匀性的作用。方法:运行系统配置的维护程序,采用99mTc标准源,依指令顺序进行图像采集和处理。结果:对均匀性差、图像明显失真问题,采用"SENTAB"维护程序调整后,能取得满意效果。结论:均匀性指标是SPECT质控中最重要的一个因素,建议每日采集图像前进行该项测试。Objective To evaluate the effect of GE"SENTAB"technique on system uniformity through analysis and practice when it is used to process and create a sensitivity graph for uniformity calibration, Methods Images were collected and processed in sequence based on instructions using 99mTc as a standard source after the operation of maintenance program collocated for the system. Results Obviously distorted images and poor uniformity were improved and satisfactory effects could be achieved after they were adjusted by maintenance program "SENTAB". Conclusions Uniformity is one of the most important indexes in the quality control of SPECT, and therefore, the daily test prior to image acquisition is suggested.
