摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,研究液固比、提取时间、浸泡时间对马尾松松针挥发油提取得率的影响以及提取马尾松松针挥发油的最佳工艺。在马尾松松针挥发油的提取过程中,液固比是影响马尾松松针挥发油提取得率的最主要因素,其次是提取时间,最后是浸泡时间。正交试验表明,马尾松松针挥发油的最佳提取工艺为液固比9∶1、提取时间3h、浸泡时间7h,优选所得工艺稳定可行。The volatile oil from leaves of Pinus massoniana was extracted by steam distillation. Effect of the ratio of liquid to solid, extracting time and soaking time on the extraction yield of volatile oil from leaves of Pinus massoniana and the optimum extracting technology were studied through single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal test. During extracting the volatile oil from leaves of P/nus massoniana,the ratio of liquid to solid was most main factor to affect yield of volatile oil,the extraction time was secondary and the soaking time was lastly. The orthogonal test showed that optimum technology for extracting the volatile oil from leaves of P/nus massonianawas as follows:the ratio of liquid to solid of 9:1 ,extraction time of 3 h,and soaking time of 7 h. The optimal technology is stable and feasible.
