新辅助化疗后PDCD4在大肠癌组织中的表达变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨程序性细胞死亡因子4(programmed cell death 4,PDCD4)在新辅助化疗后大肠癌组织中的表达变化及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测比较30例新辅助化疗后大肠癌组织中以及未行新辅助化疗的30例大肠癌组织中PDCD4的表达变化。结果在新辅助化疗后的大肠癌组织中PDCD4高表达占63.33%,而在未行新辅助化疗的大肠癌组织中高表达占30.00%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗可提高PDCD4在大肠癌组织中的表达,PDCD4可能通过促进癌细胞凋亡而参与了新辅助化疗对大肠癌细胞的杀伤作用。Objective To investigate the expression of programme cell death factor 4（PDCD4）and its c1inicopathological significance in colorectal cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of PDCD4 in 30 cancer tissues with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 30 cancer tissues without neoadjuvant chemotherapy.ResultsIn colorectal cancer tissues with neoadjuvant chemotherapy the positive expression cells of PDCD4 was 63.33% while in cancer tissues without neoadjuvant chemotherapy that was 30.00%.There were significant differences between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy could raise the expression of PDCD4 in colorectal cancer tissue,which indicated that PDCD4 may be involved in the the killing effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on colorectal cancer cell through promoting the apoptosis.
