摘 要:探讨了超声波辅助提取文冠果籽油的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,以提取温度、提取时间和液料比为自变量,出油率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对出油率的影响。利用Designexpert软件模拟得到回归方程的预测模型。结果表明,在石油醚为提取溶剂、超声功率150W下,超声辅助提取文冠果油的最佳条件为:提取温度为70℃,提取时间为34min,液料比为7∶1(mL∶g),单程出油率可达58.95%。The technology of extracting oil from xanthoceras sorhifolia bunge by ultrasonic was carried out. Based on the single factor analysis, the experiment was designed by Box-Behnken method while extraction temperature, extraction time, liquid-solid ratio as independent variables and oil yield as response value. The effect and mutual influence on oil yield were discussed and the predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation was simulated by Design Expert software. The experimental results showed that when petroleum ether as the solvent and ultrasonic power as 150 W, the optimal conditions of oil extraction as follows: extraction temperature for 70 ℃, extraction time for 34 rain and liquid-solid ratio is 7 : 1 (mL : g) . Under this condition, the oil yield after extraction one time can be reached to 58.95%.
