摘　　要：文章重点介绍了目前酒精制造方面的几个关键新技术,并与之前的制造技术在能耗方面进行对比,说明技术创新是实现酒精行业节能减排可持续发展的必由之路。The thesis introduced several key new technologies for the current alcohol manut;acturing and compared with prcvious manufacturing technologies in energy consumption. And then told us that technical innovation was a must way to actualize the sustainable dcvclopment ofencrgy saving and emission reduction for alcohol industry.
